Understanding Fees
We prioritise transparency in all our transactions. Our earnings originate from fees incurred during successful transactions, which can be categorised into two main types: the Service Fee and the Network Fee. All fees are clearly displayed during the transaction process.
Service Fee
The Service Fee is our commission for facilitating your transaction. This fee helps cover operational costs such as payment processing, infrastructure, and technology.
Service Fees can vary depending on:
Payment Method: Some payment methods may incur higher processing costs.
Transaction Amount: Smaller transactions may be subject to a minimum fee.
Currency: Fees may differ slightly depending on the currency used.
Network Fee
The Network Fee applies to transactions involving cryptocurrencies and is charged by miners to confirm blockchain transactions. This fee varies based on market demand and applies per transaction, regardless of the amount spent.
Fee Adjustments
Fees may be updated over time. Any changes will only apply to new transactions, and all fees shown at the time of creating a transaction are final.
Note: All fees are visible during the transaction process. We encourage users to review them before confirming a transaction.
