You can easily check the status and history of your transactions using our partner payment widget.
Step-by-step:
Go to the partner payment widget: https://payb.is/
Click on “Check your transaction” or a similar option.
Enter the email address you used when placing your transaction.
Click Continue.

Check your email inbox for a message from Paybis containing your one-time verification code.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Enter the code into the widget and confirm.
Once verified, you’ll see all your previous and any open transactions linked to that email.

Click on any transaction to view more details, such as:
Date and time
Transaction ID
Amount and currency
Status (In progress, Completed, Rejected, etc.)
Payment method
Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the code? Check your spam/junk folder and try again.
Used the wrong email? Only transactions tied to the correct email will appear.
Code expired? Request a new one and use it quickly.
Widget not loading? Try refreshing the page, using a private/incognito window, or switching browsers.
Security tips
Never share your verification code with anyone.
Transactions are visible only to the verified email owner.
