You can check the current status of your payment at any time through the Paybis partner payment widget.
Step-by-step:
Go to the partner payment widget: https://payb.is/
Enter the email address you used when placing your transaction.
Click Continue.
Check your email for the one-time code and enter it into the widget.
Once verified, you’ll see your transaction list.
Select a transaction to view its current status and detailed progress.
Understanding transaction statuses
Here’s what each status means:

Pending / Waiting for payment:
The payment has been initiated, but we haven’t yet received confirmation from your payment provider. Request for additional verification may also show this status.This is normal for new or in-progress transactions.
If the status doesn’t update after some time, contact your payment provider or our support team.

Completed:
The payment has been successfully processed.You should also receive a confirmation email.
No further action is needed.

Rejected / Cancelled:
The transaction was not completed. This may happen due to:An expired session or timeout
Insufficient funds or a declined card
Incorrect payment details
You can start a new transaction if you still wish to proceed.Rejected for security reasons
