If your payment shows as Pending or Under Review, don’t worry, this is usually a normal part of our security and verification process. Below, you’ll find useful informaiton for your case.
What “Pending” or “Under Review” means
When a payment is Pending or Under Review, it means that we’ve received your order but we need to perform additional checks before processing it.
These checks help us:
Verify that the payment was authorised by you (not a fraud attempt).
Confirm that all verification documents meet compliance requirements.
Ensure your transaction is AML/KYC compliant.
We encourage you to keep an eye on your registered widget email to see if you have any additional verification requests pending. You may also sometimes see these requests directly in your transaction if you open your transaction in your widget transaction history.
Once these checks are complete, your transaction will automatically move to the Processing or Completed stage.
What you can do
Confirm that your payment method (card, bank, etc.) supports crypto purchases.
Make sure your identity verification and additional verifications are fully approved by checking your transaction and email inbox.
Respond promptly if our team requests any additional documents or confirmation.

If your payment has been pending for more than 1 hour and you haven’t received any update from us, please contact our support team using the widget chat or email us to support@paybis.com. Make sure to prepare the following:
The transaction ID or order number
The email address linked to your account
A brief description of what you see on screen
Our team will review your case and update you as soon as possible.
