Information to Prepare Before Contacting Support

- The first 6 and last 4 digits of the charged card
- A full PDF bank statement that clearly shows:
- The charge from Paybis
- Your full name
- The date of the charge
If you are unable to obtain a bank statement:
Please provide a screenshot from your banking app that clearly displays the payment and the charge date.
