The video verification process can be done in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. These are the only languages available for the process. If you are unable to complete the process in any of these languages, we regret that we are unable to proceed further.
Before proceeding with the verification, please make sure that none of the below apply:
1. Someone instructed/helped you to create your account and/or wallet.
2. You have been promised a significant profit for the investment.
3. You are working with 3rd party to place the transactions.
4. You have been guided via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or any other screen-sharing software.
