Tips for a Smooth Verification
Upload high-quality, authentic photos—no screenshots or scans.
Ensure good lighting and clarity in video or camera-based steps.
Use a desktop or laptop browser for better stability during liveness checks.
Have key documents and camera ready—this speeds up the process significantly.
How Long Will It Take?
Most approvals happen automatically within 5–15 minutes when all requirements are met.
Complex cases might require manual review by our Security team.
If there’s unusually long processing time, reach out to our support team.
What to Do If Verification Fails
Make sure the uploaded document is valid, clear, and not expired.
Check your camera is functional—see our “What if my camera is not working?” article.
If still experiencing issues, submit a support request with screenshots and relevant error messages.
